BridgeBio Pharma, Inc. said on October 6, 2026 that it will present further results from its Phase 3 CALIBRATE study of encaleret at the annual meeting of the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research, held in Boston from October 9 to 12, 2026.

The Palo Alto, California-based company, which trades on the Nasdaq under BBIO, is testing encaleret in autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1, a genetic form of hypoparathyroidism tied to variants in the calcium-sensing receptor gene. The drug is an oral small molecule that has received Fast Track designation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and orphan drug status in the United States, the European Union and Japan, according to the company's announcement.

Two oral presentations are scheduled for October 11: 24-week data on mineral balance and bone turnover, to be delivered by Erik A. Imel of Indiana University School of Medicine, and findings on patient-reported symptoms and treatment experience, to be delivered by Steven W. Ing of Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Posters set for October 10 cover symptom burden at baseline and, with the HypoPARAthyroidism Association, a regional model offering free genetic testing and counseling to relatives of diagnosed patients. A separate poster on October 11 addresses the safety profile of infigratinib in children with achondroplasia.
