Bambusa Therapeutics Inc., a Boston-based early-stage drug developer working on treatments for skin and autoimmune conditions, brought in $168.9 million in its US initial public offering, according to Bloomberg.

The company priced about 10.6 million shares at $16 apiece, the middle of the range it had pitched to investors, Bloomberg reported, citing a statement issued on October 29, 2026. The deal was enlarged from the roughly 9.4 million shares Bambusa had offered in an earlier filing, which set a target range of $15 to $17 a share.
