Investcorp, an investment firm based in Bahrain, paid $76.5 million for eight industrial buildings in Massachusetts, Bisnow reported on October 13, citing public deed records. The properties sit in Westborough, Marlborough, Woburn, Randolph and Franklin, along the I-495 corridor and near Worcester.
The seller was Longfellow Real Estate Partners of Boston, which had assembled the group of buildings in 2021 and 2022 for roughly $62.3 million, deed records show. The Worcester Business Journal first reported the sale. Investcorp, which says it manages more than $10 billion in U.S. real estate, announced $225 million of industrial purchases in the Philadelphia and Nashville markets in September 2026 as part of a push into infill light industrial space. The firm did not respond to a request for comment from Bisnow.
In other transactions reported by Bisnow, Redgate sold its One Beachmont apartment building on Revere Beach Parkway, a 226,000-square-foot project near the MBTA's Beachmont station, to a Nuveen subsidiary for $77 million. Wyzer Biosciences leased 5,800 square feet at Cummings Properties' Boston Avenue campus in Medford and plans to leave Cambridge. Nano-C took 37,000 square feet in Norwood, and game developer CD Projekt Red signed for 55,000 square feet at Alexandria Real Estate Equities' Arsenal on the Charles in Watertown, moving from Waltham.
