Actors' Shakespeare Project is presenting "Dracula: A Comedy of Terrors" at the Mosesian Center for the Arts in Watertown, with performances scheduled through Nov. 1, according to a review published by The Boston Globe on Oct. 13.

The play, written by Gordon Greenberg and Steve Rosen, began as a radio production in 2020 and had an Off-Broadway run in 2023. It draws on Bram Stoker's 1897 novel along with early film versions, including Tod Browning's 1931 "Dracula" and F.W. Murnau's 1922 "Nosferatu." Christopher V. Edwards directs.

Paul Melendy plays the title role, with Thalia Gerloff as Lucy and Nicholas Papayoanou as Jonathan Harker. The other performers, among them Doug Lockwood and Bobbie Steinbach, each take on multiple parts and switch between them during the show. Zoë Sundra designed the costumes and Mackenzie Adamick the sound.

The production runs a little more than 90 minutes without an intermission. Tickets are $52 to $90, and $25 to $45 for students. It is Melendy's second horror comedy of 2026, following Central Square Theater's staging of "The Mystery of Irma Vep."
