A house at 170 Lloyd Road in the Plum Beach section of North Kingstown has sold for $2.3 million, the largest price paid in that neighborhood during 2026 and the fourth-largest in the town so far in 2026, Providence Business News reported on October 15, citing Mott & Chace Sotheby's International Realty and Multiple Listing Service figures.
The Colonial-style residence dates to 1921 and offers 3,908 square feet, four bedrooms and three bathrooms on 1.22 acres, according to the brokerage. An offer was accepted less than a week after the listing went up.
Features cited by Mott & Chace include hardwood floors, built-in bookcases, a fieldstone fireplace, a screened porch and a patio with an outdoor fireplace. A three-car garage carries 768 square feet of unfinished space above it. Residents of the neighborhood have access to its beach and tennis amenities and to Narragansett Bay.
North Kingstown assessor records put the 2026 valuation at $1,313,900, split between $670,000 for structures and $643,900 for land.
The seller was Virginia Field of North Kingstown and the buyers were Jeffrey LeBlanc and Kady LeBlanc, according to the trustee's deed. Jack Teeden, a real estate advisor at Mott & Chace, acted for the seller and handled the deal for the buyer.
