Ledgebrook, a Boston-based specialty insurance platform that uses artificial intelligence, closed a $200 million equity financing round during the week of October 3 to 9, Crunchbase News reported.

Allianz X and Rockefeller Capital Management co-led the round. Crunchbase data puts the company's total funding to date at around $315 million.

Crunchbase News listed the deal in a weekly roundup of the 10 largest announced U.S. startup funding rounds. Ledgebrook tied for eighth place with two other $200 million rounds, one for fusion energy developer Type One Energy and one for AI evaluation platform Arena.

The largest round of the week was $2 billion for Axiom Solutions International, a cloud and power infrastructure company spun out of Flex. TypeSafe AI raised $870 million and Oratomic, a quantum computing startup, raised $475 million.

Crunchbase said it tracked the largest announced rounds in its database for U.S.-based companies from October 3 to 9, 2026, and that some rounds reported late in the week may not yet appear because of a small time lag.
