Larry Robbins stepped down from the CVS Health board after serving since 2024 on its audit and public policy committees, as the company reshuffled its board.

CVS Health added JPMorgan Chase chief data and analytics officer Teresa Heitsenrether to its board of directors, effective November 18.

Fiduciary Trust Company promoted Doris Meister from executive chair to president and chief executive officer. She succeeds Austin Shapard, who led the Boston wealth management firm for 12 years and is moving into an advisory role.

Baystate Health named Dr. Seth Gemme chief physician executive and president of Baystate Medical Practices. Gemme, who joined the Springfield system's emergency department in 2017, will lead physician operations across its five hospitals.

Gregg Meyer, a Harvard Medical School physician and former Mass General Brigham executive, joined Cornerstone Research as an expert affiliate on health care delivery and antitrust matters.
