Gov. Maura Healey leads Republican challenger Mike Minogue 57% to 32% in a WCVB/UMass Amherst poll, as both candidates campaigned across Massachusetts on November 1 ahead of the November 3 election, WCVB reported.

Healey spoke to supporters in Worcester, where she tied her campaign to opposition to the Trump administration and argued that national policy decisions are felt directly by Massachusetts residents. She also drew a contrast with Minogue, citing her work suing Purdue Pharma and the Sackler family while, she said, her opponent was building a $31 million house in Montana.

Minogue addressed a crowd in Braintree, where he criticized what he described as "failed leadership" and said voters cannot afford another four years of Healey's taxes and spending. He urged supporters to turn out, saying the race would be decided by enthusiasm rather than polling, and said he did not believe the public surveys reflect the support he has seen on the campaign trail.

Both candidates were expected to continue campaigning on November 2, according to WCVB.
