Win Mechanical, a heating, cooling and plumbing company, said it centers its HVAC work on Augusta, Maine, and its plumbing work on Brunswick, while also serving towns across Kennebec and Cumberland counties, according to its website. The company said it offers 24/7 emergency service and works with brands including Trane, American Standard, York and Mitsubishi.

Two Hubs, One Company

Around Augusta, the company said it covers China, Gardiner, Hallowell, Manchester, Oakland, Waterville, Winslow and Winthrop in Kennebec County, while its plumbing work out of Brunswick extends into Cape Elizabeth, Falmouth, Freeport, Gorham, Portland, Scarborough, South Portland, Westbrook, Windham and Yarmouth in Cumberland County, according to its website. Win Mechanical said its licensed plumbers handle fixture installation, leak detection and water heater work for homes and businesses in that second territory.

Furnaces Built For Maine Winters

The company's heating division installs and repairs gas, oil, propane and electric furnaces, matched to the fuel a homeowner plans to use for years, and it said most furnace installations are completed in a single day. Win Mechanical also repairs heat pumps and installs ductless mini-splits for zone-controlled heating and cooling, and its cooling division repairs central air conditioning for the summer months.

The company said it offers Efficiency Maine rebates and financing options to offset the cost of heating and cooling upgrades, and that its technicians are trained on current equipment and codes. It also said it disposes of old furnace equipment properly as part of a replacement job.

Commercial Solar Contracting

Beyond heating, cooling and plumbing, Win Mechanical said it designs and installs commercial solar systems for Maine businesses, including rooftop arrays, ground-mount systems and battery storage paired with solar for backup power during peak demand. The company lists Bath and Bangor among the additional towns it serves outside its two main counties, according to its website.
